On receipt of your goods a refund will be made within 14 days. We cannot cover the postage fee when returning your goods to us. We recommend for peace of mind you send your products back via trackable postage.
Unfortunately personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. In cases of faulty products postage may be covered.
